I want to introduce roasted pork belly to my foreign client. The pork belly is very oilly part of pig. So most people will enjoy the nice taste without resistance. I really hope that my clients can experience pleasant kinds of Korean cultures. Thus my choice have to be not lisky. They have no enough time in Korea. And There might be no more chance to come here. One of charms this dish has is eating with many kinds of garnish. 

Various sidedishes like Kimchi, pickled vegetables make the roated belly more tasty. 

Thanks to them, we can eat meals refreshly to the end.
